About this program
Pathway Lending offers energy-efficiency lending to help Tennessee businesses finance eligible energy-saving upgrades, equipment, and building improvements that can lower utility costs and improve facility performance.
Eligibility
Eligible Tennessee businesses, nonprofits, and commercial property owners, including Johnson City entities, pursuing qualifying energy-efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Apply to Pathway Lending for energy-efficiency financing
- Provide project scope, contractor estimates, energy savings information, and financial documents
- Meet underwriting and project eligibility requirements
