Eligibility
Eligible applicants are federally recognized Indian tribes located in Montana or entities that are majority owned by such tribes and meet Montana's combined-use marijuana license requirements.
Requirements
- Be a federally recognized Indian tribe located in Montana or an entity majority owned by such a tribe.
- Apply for the combined-use license through the Cannabis Control Division process.
- Meet facility, ownership, background, local approval, and compliance requirements for marijuana business operations.
