Eligibility
IDOT DBE firms, firms seeking DBE certification, IL UCP DBE-certified firms with IDOT contracts, and prime contractors doing business with IDOT may receive support.
Requirements
- Be a certified or prospective DBE firm or an eligible IDOT contractor.
- Request support through IDOT's supportive services pathway.
- Use services for management, technical, certification, or transportation contracting assistance.
