Small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by U.S. citizens who are socially and economically disadvantaged and meet SBA program requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through SBA certification systems.
- Meet SBA size, ownership, control, economic disadvantage, good character, and potential-for-success requirements.
- Remain compliant during the nine-year program term if admitted.
