Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses that are majority owned and controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged U.S. citizens and meet SBA ownership, control, character, potential-for-success, and financial criteria.
Requirements
- Business must qualify as small under SBA size standards.
- Business must be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged U.S. citizens.
- Applicant business and disadvantaged owners must meet SBA eligibility, character, ownership, control, and economic disadvantage requirements.
