Texas Small Business Credit Initiative (TSBCI) - Capital Access Program
State-supported lending program partnering with selected nonprofit lenders to increase access to financing for small and medium-sized Texas businesses, particularly underserved businesses.
About this program
Total program allocation $472 million from U.S. Treasury. Includes Capital Access Program, Loan Guarantee Program, and Loan Participation Program. Apply through approved CDFI lenders.
Eligibility
Texas-based for-profit small businesses with 499 or fewer employees, must be based in Texas with at least 51% of employees in-state. Particular focus on traditionally marginalized businesses.
