Eligibility
Manufacturers and industrial businesses with eligible advanced energy, clean energy manufacturing, critical materials, or greenhouse-gas-reduction projects may apply during open allocation rounds.
Requirements
- Develop an eligible qualifying advanced energy project.
- Submit concept paper and application materials during an open 48C allocation round.
- Meet DOE, Treasury, IRS, certification, placed-in-service, and reporting requirements if allocated.
