About this program
Vermont offers competitive tax credits to support building improvements in designated downtowns and village centers. Downtown Rutland is a designated downtown, so eligible property owners and lessees may apply for credits for qualified rehabilitation, code compliance, facade, technology, and flood-mitigation work.
Eligibility
Owners or lessees of income-producing buildings in eligible designated downtowns, village centers, or related designation areas.
Requirements
