For-profit businesses headquartered and domiciled in Indiana that are at least 51% owned by qualifying people with disabilities, veterans, women, or minorities.
Requirements
- Register as a vendor when required.
- Apply through the City of Indianapolis certification process.
- Provide ownership, control, residency, disability, and business documentation requested by OMWBD.
