Healthy Soils Program (HSP) Block Grant

Block grants of $2 million to $4 million to fund organizations that provide technical assistance to producers, select on-farm projects for financial support, and manage them over a three-year implementation period. Funded by Proposition 4 (the Climate Bond) to promote on-farm practices that improve soil health and accelerate atmospheric carbon removal/soil carbon sequestration. Total available: $65 million.
