USDA Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT) Grant Program
Helps rural communities use telecommunications to connect to each other and the world, overcoming the effects of remoteness and low population density. Funds end-user equipment for distance learning and telemedicine projects in rural areas, often in partnership with hospitals, schools, and nonprofits.

Eligibility
Most state and local governmental entities; federally recognized tribes; nonprofits; for-profit businesses; and consortia of eligible entities providing distance learning or telemedicine services to rural areas.
