Two-step process: pre-qual form first, then full application by invitation. 2026 RFP closed early due to high response. Annual cycle reopens in January.
Eligibility
Open globally to researchers, academic institutions, organizations, and individuals working on open-source software, technical research, or connectivity-related innovation aligned with Comcast's areas of interest.
