Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small for-profit businesses that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and meet federal DBE size, ownership, control, and personal net worth requirements.
Requirements
- Business must be a for-profit small business under applicable DBE size standards.
- Business must be at least 51 percent owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individual owners.
- Disadvantaged owners must control day-to-day operations and long-term business decisions.
