About this program
The CDFA CDBG Microenterprise Program supports microenterprise development through nonprofit subrecipients that provide technical assistance and grants to low- and moderate-income business owners. Concord entrepreneurs may receive services through participating organizations when program funds are available.
Eligibility
Low- and moderate-income New Hampshire microenterprise owners or entrepreneurs with five or fewer employees served by eligible program providers.
Requirements
- Meet HUD low- and moderate-income and microenterprise eligibility rules
- Participate through an approved microenterprise technical assistance provider
- Provide income, business, expense, and program documentation for assistance
