Eligibility
Illinois adults age 55 or older with limited income who can perform community-service assignment tasks may qualify for SCSEP.
Requirements
- Be age 55 or older.
- Meet income eligibility limits, generally no more than 125% of the federal poverty level.
- Work with the local Area Agency on Aging or SCSEP provider on intake, assignment, training, and job-search activities.
