The Corpus Christi Downtown Management District administers TIRZ #3 downtown incentives, including the Chaparral Street Property Improvement Program, to support building and property reinvestment in the downtown district.
Eligibility
Downtown Corpus Christi property owners, developers, and businesses with eligible improvement projects in the TIRZ #3 area, especially along Chaparral Street.
Requirements
- Confirm project location and eligibility with the Downtown Management District
- Submit project scope, budget, drawings or photos, ownership or tenant authorization, and reimbursement request materials
- Receive approval before work and comply with TIRZ documentation and reimbursement requirements
