Eligibility
Business must be small, not have previously participated in 8(a), be at least 51% owned and controlled by U.S. citizens who are socially and economically disadvantaged, meet financial thresholds, show good character, and demonstrate potential for success.
Requirements
- Apply through SBA's certification process.
- Submit required ownership, control, financial, tax, and social disadvantage documentation.
- Maintain compliance with 8(a) program requirements throughout participation.
