Mountain West Small Business Finance provides SBA 504 loans to help small businesses finance real estate, buildings, major equipment, and expansion projects in Utah.
Eligibility
Eligible Utah small businesses, including Park City companies, purchasing or improving fixed assets and meeting SBA 504 requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Mountain West Small Business Finance and a participating lender
- Provide business financials, project costs, borrower equity, property or equipment details, and SBA documentation
- Meet SBA size, occupancy, job creation or public policy, underwriting, and closing requirements
