Eligibility
Eligible businesses must be for-profit enterprises that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by one or more qualifying minority individuals and located in the council's service region, which includes Montana.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51 percent minority owned, operated, and controlled.
- Business must be a for-profit enterprise in the Northwest Mountain MSDC service region.
- Minority owner or owners must demonstrate management and operational control.
