LA County Small Business Mobility Fund - Launch Grants
Seed funding to entrepreneurs and small businesses launching brick-and-mortar locations in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. $5,000 for non-retail commercial spaces (offices/warehouses) and $10,000 for retail commercial spaces with storefronts. Priority for businesses dislocated by recent wildfires.

Up to 24 more grants available after Round 1. Priority via scoring matrix; blind lottery for ties. 15% of awards distributed per Supervisorial District.
Eligibility
New and existing businesses launching in brick-and-mortar locations in unincorporated areas of LA County. Must meet eligibility and documentation requirements including location, business status, and tax filings. If no business tax return filed, household income cannot exceed $300,000.
