Texas Capital Access Program (CAP)
Partnership between the State of Texas and selected nonprofit lenders to increase access to financing for small and medium-sized businesses. Provides loan loss reserves to participating lenders.
About this program
Operates in conjunction with TSBCI to expand small business credit access.
Eligibility
Texas-based businesses (small or medium-sized). For-profit and nonprofit organizations may participate as lenders. Must be working with an approved nonprofit/CDFI lender.
