Grants ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 to help established Texas businesses open new brick-and-mortar locations and offset first-year operating costs.

Deadline May 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM, or until funding is exhausted. Space must be open to public and meet city compliance standards.
Eligibility
Revenue-generating businesses with at least three years of operations, 100 or fewer employees, and $5 million or less in annual revenue. Must have newly signed lease (starting October 1, 2025 or later) for qualifying ground-floor storefront.
