Eligibility
Qualified licensed social equity craft growers, infusers, transporters, and adult-use dispensing organizations certified by IDOA or IDFPR were eligible for Round 3.
Requirements
- Be a qualifying licensed social equity cannabis business for Round 3.
- Have the required Illinois cannabis license and certification from IDOA or IDFPR.
- Submit Round 3 application materials and eligible-expense documentation by DCEO's posted application deadline.
