Eligibility
Eligible Iowa startups and technology companies, including Iowa City ventures, with qualifying proof-of-commercial-relevance projects.
Requirements
- Submit application to IEDA during an open review cycle
- Provide project plan, technical and market validation approach, budget, company details, and match if required
- Complete award agreement and reporting requirements
