Developers and property owners with eligible office-to-residential conversion projects in downtown Corpus Christi TIRZ #3.
Requirements
- Coordinate with TIRZ and Downtown Management District staff before project commitments
- Submit conversion plans, budget, financing, site control, and public benefit information
- Receive required approvals and meet development agreement and reimbursement conditions
