Eligibility
Small for-profit firms that are at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals may apply; current federal rules require individualized demonstrations of disadvantage.
Requirements
- Apply through the Idaho Transportation Department DBE certification process.
- Provide ownership, control, size, personal net worth, tax, and business documentation required by DBE rules.
- Maintain certification compliance and update records as required.
