Eligibility
Youth entrepreneurs ages 16 to 29 seeking community support to start a business in Illinois are included in the statutory target populations for entrepreneurship assistance centers.
Requirements
- Be a youth entrepreneur between ages 16 and 29 seeking support to start a business in Illinois.
- Work with an entrepreneurship assistance center or business development provider when available.
- Use services for business concept analysis, market analysis, business planning, financial planning, referrals, or incubator access.
