Eligibility
Eligible manufacturers and supply-chain companies in EVs, renewable energy, batteries, green steel, eVTOL, electrical transformers, and related sectors may qualify based on investment and job creation thresholds.
Requirements
- Contact DCEO before project commitments are finalized.
- Meet applicable capital investment and job creation thresholds.
- Submit application materials, execute a REV agreement, and comply with annual reporting and certification requirements.
