About this program
The TIRZ #3 Streetscape and Safety Improvement Program helps fund eligible improvements that improve the pedestrian environment, storefront access, lighting, safety, and public-facing downtown property conditions.
Eligibility
Property owners, businesses, and developers with eligible streetscape or safety improvements in Corpus Christi TIRZ #3.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the Downtown Management District before starting work
- Submit improvement plans, cost estimates, location information, and required approvals
- Complete approved work and provide invoices and proof of payment for reimbursement
