Eligibility
Eligible businesses must be at least 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
Requirements
- Business must be majority owned by one or more women.
- Women owners must demonstrate management, operational control, and unrestricted control in legal documents and day-to-day operations.
- A woman must hold the highest defined title in the company's legal documents.
