Nevada workforce incentives and training allowances for employers hiring pre-screened qualified workers.
About this program
Silver State Works provides Nevada employers with incentives to hire pre-screened qualified workers and strengthen the state workforce. North Las Vegas employers may receive financial incentives or training allowances for qualifying new hires through EmployNV Business Hub and partner agencies.
Eligibility
Nevada employers with a current Nevada unemployment insurance account in good standing and required business licenses.
Requirements
- Maintain a Nevada UI account in good standing and valid business licenses
- Work with EmployNV Business Hub to identify eligible hires and incentive structure
- Submit required employment, training, wage, and program documentation
