About this program
The South Dakota Arts Council provides grant funding throughout the state with support from the National Endowment for the Arts and the State of South Dakota. Aberdeen artists, arts nonprofits, schools, and community organizations may apply for eligible artist, project, arts education, and organization support grants.
Eligibility
Eligible South Dakota artists, nonprofit arts organizations, schools, units of government, and community partners meeting grant category criteria.
Requirements
- Apply through the South Dakota Arts Council grant portal during an open cycle
- Provide artistic or organizational narrative, budget, work samples, project plan, and required eligibility documentation
- Meet match, final report, accessibility, and state arts grant requirements
