Grants up to $12,000 for art projects by Illinois individual artists, eligible nonprofits, municipal entities, and colleges and universities. Open-deadline rolling program until funds are exhausted.

Eligibility
Individual artists and arts educators who are Illinois residents aged 21 or older, established as Illinois residents for at least 1 year, and not currently enrolled in a degree program. Eligible organizations include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, government entities, and public K-12 schools.
Requirements

- Must have been an Illinois resident for at least 1 year
- Not currently enrolled in a degree-granting program
