About this program
Oregon’s SSBCI programs bolster existing small business financing programs and create new financing tools, including loan support and the Oregon Angel Loan Program for patient debt matched with equity investment for new and growing businesses.
Eligibility
Eligible Oregon small businesses and startups applying through participating lenders, investors, or program administrators and meeting SSBCI requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the relevant Business Oregon SSBCI lender, investor, or program pathway
- Submit business financials, project or investment plan, owner information, and use-of-funds details
- Meet SSBCI, underwriting, investment, reporting, and eligible use requirements
