Eligibility
Eligible applicants are prospective Nebraska medical cannabis establishments seeking licensure as cultivators, product manufacturers, dispensaries, transporters, or other regulated entities under Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission rules.
Requirements
- Apply only for a license type authorized by Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission rules.
- Provide ownership, residency, citizenship, fingerprinting, premises, business plan, financial, security, and compliance documentation required by regulation.
- Comply with vertical licensing restrictions and any license caps or application windows established by the commission.
