About this program
Growth Through Agriculture provides grants and loans to help Montana food, farm, ranch, and agriculture businesses develop value-added products, expand markets, and strengthen agricultural processing and commercialization. Missoula-area businesses can apply for eligible projects involving Montana agricultural products.
Eligibility
Montana agricultural producers, processors, food businesses, and organizations developing or marketing value-added Montana agricultural products.
Requirements
- Submit project plan, budget, match, market information, and expected agricultural benefit
- Project must add value to Montana agricultural products or expand markets
- Meet grant or loan agreement, reimbursement, and reporting requirements
