Eligibility
Food retailers, food processors, food hubs/distributors, and climate-smart pre-production projects operating in New Mexico. Prior FY25 HFFF recipients are ineligible for FY26 funding.
Requirements
- Must be a food retailer, processor, food hub, or distributor operating in New Mexico
- Prior HFFF recipients from same fiscal year are ineligible
- All projects must be completed by December 2026
