Eligibility
Eligible Illinois manufacturers, generally NAICS 31-33 small and mid-sized operations, may apply during open rounds for matching funds toward approved technology and innovation projects.
Requirements
- Be an Illinois manufacturer with an eligible NAICS manufacturing code.
- Apply during an open Made in Illinois application window.
- Use funds for eligible innovation, productivity, technology, product development, or workforce projects and meet match and reporting requirements.
