About this program
The Small Business Assistance Program provides City of Dallas grant assistance to small businesses with 20 or fewer employees that are growing, moving into storefronts or offices, and making eligible real estate or capital improvements.
Eligibility
Dallas businesses with 20 or fewer employees that meet minimum investment, matching fund, and project size requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum investment of $150,000 in Target Areas or $250,000 elsewhere
- Demonstrate 75% of project cost committed from non-city sources
