Tennessee's Downtown Improvement Grant program supports physical improvements in eligible downtown districts, helping communities and businesses improve facades, signage, awnings, lighting, and other commercial district assets.
Eligibility
Eligible Tennessee downtown communities, property owners, and businesses participating through approved local downtown or Main Street programs.
Requirements
- Apply through eligible local downtown or Main Street program processes when funding is available
- Provide project scope, budget, photos, and property authorization
- Complete approved work and submit reimbursement documentation
