Eligibility
Eligible borrowers are Native American-owned businesses recognized under Montana or Tribal law and registered with the Montana Secretary of State or under applicable Tribal ordinances.
Requirements
- Borrower must be a Native American-owned business recognized under Montana or Tribal law.
- Business must be registered with the Montana Secretary of State or under the applicable Tribal ordinance.
- Borrower must work with an eligible lender authorized to conduct business in Montana.
