The New Commercial Tenant Finish-Out Program helps offset eligible costs for new commercial tenants improving downtown spaces, encouraging storefront activation and business occupancy in Corpus Christi TIRZ #3.
Eligibility
New commercial tenants, property owners, and businesses opening or expanding into eligible downtown Corpus Christi spaces in TIRZ #3.
Requirements
- Confirm tenant and property eligibility before construction
- Submit lease or ownership documentation, improvement scope, budget, and contractor estimates
- Complete approved finish-out work and provide reimbursement documentation
