About this program
USDA REAP provides grants and loan guarantees to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements. While West Jordan is urban, eligible rural businesses and producers in nearby Utah communities may qualify.

Requirements
- Confirm USDA rural eligibility for the project location
- Complete energy audit or assessment for efficiency projects when required
- Submit application, technical report, financials, environmental materials, and matching funds documentation
