About this program
Eligible counties cover all 14 VT counties, all of northern NH, parts of ME, and northern NY. State commissions administer locally.
Eligibility
State and local governments, nonprofits, IHEs, and qualified entities in eligible counties of NH, VT, ME, and NY. Projects must align with NBRC investment priorities.
