Eligibility
Eligible businesses must be at least 51 percent owned, operated, managed, and controlled by one or more LGBTQ people who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents, with a principal place of business in the United States.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51 percent owned, operated, managed, and controlled by one or more LGBTQ people.
- LGBTQ owner or owners must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
- Business must be an independent legal entity formed in the United States with its principal place of business in the United States.
