Eligibility
Eligible applicants are medical cannabis businesses that meet Nebraska's ownership, facility, security, business plan, background check, and regulatory requirements for a cultivator license.
Requirements
- Apply for the cultivator license type when the commission accepts or reviews applications for that license class.
- Submit required ownership, residency, criminal history, business plan, premises, security, financial, and compliance documents.
- Prepare for seed-to-sale tracking, privacy, personnel, inspection, and operational requirements.
