Illinois entrepreneurs and small businesses, especially Hispanic-owned and minority-owned businesses served by IHCC, may use SBDC advising and programs.
Requirements
- Request advising or program participation through IHCC.
- Provide business information for counseling or program intake.
- Complete advising, workshop, or program steps relevant to the requested service.
