IDOT DBE firms, firms seeking DBE certification, IL UCP DBE-certified firms with IDOT contracts, and prime contractors doing business with IDOT may receive support.
Requirements
- Be a certified or prospective DBE firm or eligible IDOT contractor.
- Request supportive services through IDOT or its provider.
- Use services for management, technical, certification, or contract-readiness support.
