About this program
Honolulu has operated Oahu business recovery grant programs to help small businesses address pandemic, disaster, or economic disruption impacts. Kailua businesses may qualify when city or partner-administered grant rounds are open and they meet size, location, and impact requirements.
Eligibility
Eligible Oahu small businesses meeting program size, location, revenue-loss, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Operate in the City and County of Honolulu
- Meet program-specific impact and size requirements
- Submit business license, tax, ownership, payroll, and expense documentation
