About this program
Iowa’s Redevelopment Tax Credit Program supports redevelopment of brownfield and grayfield properties through state tax credits. Davenport developers and property owners may use the program for adaptive reuse, remediation, and redevelopment projects when approved by the state.
Eligibility
Developers or property owners with approved brownfield or grayfield redevelopment projects in Iowa.
Requirements
- Apply through IEDA before completing eligible redevelopment work
- Meet brownfield or grayfield project rules and approval requirements
- Receive tax credit certificate after eligible costs are verified
